Aroma therapy is the trusted technique for over thousands of years. It has gained an immense popularity now-a-days. It is now used by salons, spas, yoga centers and massage parlors.
It is actually herbal method in which a large number of herbs, roots, leaves, flowers, buds and plants that have medicinal use are mixed to prepare the oils that are used in aroma therapy. There are various types of essential oils that are available according to the skin type namely lemon oil, tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, rosemary oil, lemongrass oil, peppermint oil, ylang ylang oil, fennel oil etc. These oils have antiseptic, anti-inflammatory properties.
